Auction Lot Manager is a subscription platform built for vehicle auction houses. Each business gets their own private workspace to manage lots, track bids, and handle their team — all under their own branded subdomain.

Who they are
Our client runs a network of vehicle auction houses and needed a modern, scalable platform to replace their outdated spreadsheet-based processes. They wanted a solution that could be sold on to other auction businesses, with each company kept completely separate and able to manage their own staff, lots, and branding.
What we built
We designed and built a full subscription platform from the ground up — including a public marketing site, a secure dashboard for auction staff, and a complete back-end system. Features include automatic vehicle data lookup from the DVLA, custom branding per business, photo uploads, user management with different permission levels, and a live demo environment that resets daily. Businesses can sign up with a 14-day free trial, entering their card details upfront but paying nothing until the trial ends. A superadmin panel gives the client full visibility and control over every account on the platform.
